Payouts: Withdrawing Your Earnings

How to get paid on Qxel: set up UPI or a bank account, verify your phone, understand the 24-hour hold, and withdraw from your Wallet.

Qxel pays out to UPI and bank accounts. Payments from buyers are collected securely through Cashfree Payments, and your earnings (after the platform fee) are added to your Wallet.

When can I withdraw?#

• Fresh sales: earnings from a new sale are available to withdraw after 24 hours.
• Available balance: once your earnings are past the 24-hour hold, a withdrawal is usually completed within 1 to 2 hours.

There is no minimum number of sales and no other waiting period. Payout charges may apply, so make sure your withdrawal is higher than the charge.

Step 1: Verify your number and add payout details#

Open Settings and:

1. Verify your mobile number. You will receive an OTP on WhatsApp. Enter it to complete verification.
2. Add a payout method: your UPI ID or your bank account details.

Use accurate details that belong to you. A wrong or inactive UPI ID or account can delay or fail your payout.

Step 2: Open your Wallet#

Go to dash.qxel.in/wallet. Your Available Balance is shown here.

Step 3: Withdraw#

If your available balance is above zero, a Withdraw option appears.

1. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
2. Choose where to receive it (your saved UPI or bank account).
3. Submit the request.

If your balance is zero, or your sales are still inside the 24-hour hold, the Withdraw option will not appear.

Using a different UPI ID#

You are not limited to your saved UPI ID. When you withdraw, you can enter a different UPI ID to send the money to another account.

Troubleshooting#

• No Withdraw button: check that you have an available balance and that your phone is verified.
• Money not received: confirm your UPI ID or bank details are correct and active, then email [email protected] with the withdrawal date and amount.
