My Purchases
How to see and download everything you have bought on Qxel from your Dashboard using your email.
Every product you buy on Qxel is saved in your Dashboard. You do not need to keep track of download links or emails.
View all your purchases#
- Open your Dashboard at dash.qxel.in.
- Sign in with the email linked to your purchases (the email you created your account with).
- Open My Purchases to see everything you have bought.
Purchases are tied to your email, so using the same email every time keeps them all in one place. If you cannot find a purchase, check whether you used a different email.
Download a product#
Open the purchase and click download. You also get an email confirmation after each purchase.
Download again any time#
Purchased products stay in your account. You can re-download them whenever you need, for example after switching devices.
If a seller updates a product#
If the seller uploads a newer version of a product you bought, you can download the latest version from your Dashboard at no extra cost.
If a product is removed#
If a seller archives or deletes a product that has sales, buyers who purchased it keep their access.
Can't find a purchase?#
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct email.
- Check your email for the order confirmation to see which address was used.
