Manage your Qxel account as a buyer: sign in, reset your password, update details, delete your account, and how your data is protected.

One account for buying and selling#

Qxel does not separate buyer and seller accounts. The same account can buy products and sell them.

Sign in#

Sign in to your Dashboard with your email to view your purchases. See My Purchases.

Forgot your password?#

Use the Forgot Password page to reset it.

Update your details#

Go to Settings in your Dashboard to update your profile and account information.

Delete your account#

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your products and content are permanently removed, and a deleted account cannot be recovered. Read Settings before you do this.

How your data is protected#

• Data is sent over SSL-encrypted connections.
• Files and personal information are stored securely.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.
• We share information only as needed to process transactions, meet legal requirements, and run the platform.
