How payments work on Qxel: Cashfree Payments, accepted payment methods, taxes and charges, and what to do if a payment fails.

Payment partner#

All payments on Qxel are processed by Cashfree Payments, an established Indian payment gateway. Using a trusted payment partner keeps your transactions secure and reliable.

Accepted payment methods#

• UPI
• Credit and debit cards
• Net banking
• Wallets

The methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout.

What you pay#

You pay the product price plus applicable GST and payment gateway charges. The total is shown at checkout before you confirm.

After you pay#

You get instant access to your product in your Dashboard and an email confirmation. See My Purchases.

Payment failed but money was deducted#

This is usually resolved automatically by your bank, but if it is not, email [email protected] with:

• Your transaction ID
• The payment method you used
• A screenshot of the payment confirmation or error

We investigate and aim to resolve it within 24 hours.

Payment tips#

• Make sure your internet connection is stable during checkout.
• Do not refresh or close the page until you see the confirmation.
• Never share OTPs or card PINs with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Qxel.
